It depends on the item. Most of our larger dining tables, beds, and modular shelving require light assembly. All necessary hardware and clear, step-by-step instructions are included in the box. If you prefer a completely hands-free experience, we recommend choosing our White Glove Delivery service at checkout.

We offer three tiers of delivery to fit your needs:

• Standard Curbside Delivery: Flat rate based on your location. The carrier delivers the boxed items to your driveway or front curb.

• Room-of-Choice Delivery: The delivery team brings the boxes inside to the specific room you request (up or down stairs included).

• White Glove Delivery: Includes inside delivery, full assembly in your room of choice, and complete removal of all packaging materials and debris.

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 3 to 5 business days and typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks depending on your region.

• Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Generally take 6 to 10 weeks for production and delivery.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and our local delivery partner will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.

• Standard Items: You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of ordering. After 48 hours, production begins, and custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
